A sacred space for women learning to trust themselves. We’ll ground into the season, explore how to honor your own YES in the face of external pressure and manufactured “prescriptions,” and create space for the medical decisions you’re navigating.
No agenda. No perfection required. 60-90 minutes depending on what we’re exploring together. Just women gathering to honor where we are and practice coming home to ourselves.
