Where We Ship To
We are working out the details for shipping to Canada and other countries; however at this time we are only able to service the States within the united States of America as well as Australia. If you are in a country that we do not yet ship to, please complete our CONTACT form and let us know so that we can reach out to you in order to assist.
Shipment Carriers
All shipments are sent UPS Ground or USPS depending on the most cost-effective option. Shipments all leave from our warehouse in Lander, Wyoming. If you are within the Central US or Western states it is usually 2-3 days. If you are east coast or Florida it can be 2-5 days. We will not do overnight or rush shipments, and we do not make any guarantees for specific dates of arrival. Some of our products are ones that you may wish to have in your medicine cabinet in an emergency. We ask that you consider stocking up ahead of time so that you are not caught in a pinch to need this when an emergency moment strikes.
Once your shipment has been picked up by the carrier, it will automatically send you an email from our system that provides you with your tracking number for the shipment.
The rates are determined by both the weight of your shipment and the destination of where it is being shipped to. We recognize that sometimes the shipping cost can be more expensive than we would like to charge; however, we are can promise you that we have done our best to not only negotiate the best rates we can get at present but we also often end up under charging for what we pay to the carrier.
Refund Policy
We want you to feel really good about the products you purchase from our Womb Wisdom Store. We do our best to be very transparent about any potential issue that you may encounter with any specific product on their respective pages.
If you receive your product/s and anything is unusable due to damage we will usually ask you for a photo that shows what happened and how it came to you and then we will send you out a return address label to send the product/products back while at the same time we will send another package with the item/s that were damaged out right away.
If you receive a product and you are unhappy with it, we are happy to accept your return of the item; however, we ask that you please contact us and let us know what has happened and why you are unhappy with it by completing our CONTACT FORM HERE. Additionally, we ask you to pay for the shipment of its return to the following address:

There will be no re-stocking fee. We simply ask that you pay to ship it back to us. Please include the original packing slip with the order. Upon receipt, we can easily then go into your account and refund the item/s that were returned.
Cancellation Policy
If you have placed an order and have a sudden change of heart or for other reasons need to cancel the order, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your message as efficiently as needed to cancel it before it has been shipped out; however, we absolutely do our best to honor your request to cancel if we catch your communication in time. If this is you, please email us at: [email protected] or complete our CONTACT form. Please put in the subject line: CANCEL ORDER along with your order number. We will respond to you by email letting you know if we were able to cancel it prior to it being packed up and shipped out. If for some reason, it gets shipped out prior to our ability to cancel it on our end, you will be responsible for its return (see above – Refund Policy under “If you receive a product and you are unhappy with it”).
