The birth process is beautiful and sacred – but it’s not all rainbows and glitter. Particularly if you’ve had complications, interactions with the medical world, or lack of personal support. People don’t warn us about the dark side, so it can be awfully alienating. Your experience deserves to be honored – in all its complexity.

Includes:

• One, 90-minute Deep Dive Session with Margaret (online or by phone).

• For women who had difficult or traumatic labor and delivery experiences – or things simply didn’t go as planned. No matter how long ago it was, your body (and soul) remember.

• If you had complications, a C-Section, induction, or nonconsensual episiotomy; dealt with cold, dismissive, or downright rude practitioners; faced mistreatment or fearmongering during “geriatric pregnancy,” or were pressured into procedures you didn’t want.
• Also powerful for women healing from miscarriage, abortion, and loss who need a safe, judgement-free space to honor the physical, emotional, and spiritual impact.
• Compassionate Reframing and Truth-Telling: A guided process where we sit with your story to identify where you were unheard or coerced. Together, we gently strip away the false “medical narratives” of failure or blame, replacing them with a deep recognition of your body’s resilience and your personal sovereignty.

Integrate what happened with who you are now … so you can step into your own power again, even more fully.
