When the Western medical system prescribed invasive procedures, long-term pharmaceuticals, and a path of dependency, Patricia chose instead to listen deeply to her own body and spirit. She describes how, after a serious back injury left her nearly immobilized, she turned to anti-inflammatory foods, herbal medicines, and the wisdom of her own intuition—ultimately making a full recovery and returning to activities she loves!
