Oh my goodness. I am filled with love in my heart in sharing my beautiful colleague and co-collaborator of Nourishing The Vessel our 5 Week Course starting October 22nd with you. She is filled with a beautiful tender, loving sweetness and resolve that no one should go this path alone who is ready to commit to making changes in their health.
Her passion and ferocity in holding herself and others accountable has been truly curated by her life long passion for behavioral science. Victoria Sofitel, has consistently brought forth in her life wisdoms, how to create the nourishing soil on which we can grow our garden of healthful changes.
Again, I was so fortunate to meet Victoria in one of Xi Earthstar’s Womb containers. We travelled the journey of three years of womb containers together having made each other’s acquaintance in the first year and slowly getting to know one another as we “grew up”. She was like my womb container playmate. We were sharing our stories of learning and growing…in deep honesty, love and laughter. We are both so excited to bring forward this beautiful 5 week course that was originally conceived by Victoria. You are absolutely going to want to join us for this fabulous event.
In this episode she shares her story which includes her familial association with western medicine as well as her disjointed interactions within western medicine that caused her to know that something was not speaking to the root causes of illness, and ultimately the pregnancy and birth of her daughter that brought forward the refinement of all that Victoria had been previously curating through her life experience.
Victoria shares her remarkable odyssey which has led to the creation of her gluten free/allergen free breads – YES! Bakery along with her miraculously nutrient dense flour – Victory Flour! (links below for purchasing products)
